Saviynt, configured for the applications you actually run.
We implement Saviynt Identity Cloud, onboard applications into governance and move programs off older IGA tools. When AI agents start showing up in your estate, we register them with owners like any other identity.

We implement Saviynt Identity Cloud for identity governance: connectors, lifecycle rules, access requests, certifications and separation-of-duties checks, ERP access too.
Since March 2026 we also deploy Saviynt Identity Security for AI. Each AI agent gets an owner and a lifecycle from registration to decommissioning, and Saviynt's Agent Access Gateway checks it at runtime.

what we do
Our Saviynt work
6 kinds of Saviynt work, each run by engineers who have done it on live tenants.
Identity sources, attribute rules, birthright access and access request forms configured in Saviynt, with the reports your auditors ask for.
REST, database and SaaS connectors built and tested in waves, prioritized by audit scope. Each pattern is documented so your team can onboard the next application.
An inventory of rules, roles and campaigns in your current tool, a decision on what to rebuild in Saviynt, and a parallel run before cut-over.
Manager, entitlement-owner and application campaigns, plus separation-of-duties rules for finance and ERP access, checked when access is requested.
Saviynt Identity Security for AI set up to discover agents in Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, ServiceNow and Salesforce Agentforce, with an owner assigned to each one.
A review of connector jobs, rule logic and campaign results, with a ranked list of fixes.

We pieced these together from Saviynt situations that come up a lot. They're patterns. You won't find a specific client in them.

Leaving an on-premises IGA tool with 2,000 roles, half unused
composite · not a client story
Beforethe situation
An on-premises IGA tool holds about 2,000 roles, half of them unused, plus custom provisioning scripts for the ERP. The hardware and the support contract both end next year, and Saviynt has been chosen as the replacement.
What we dothe work
We export roles, rules and campaign history, retire roles with no members or recent use, and rebuild the rest in Saviynt with business owners. The ERP connector and SoD rules come first. Both platforms then run in parallel while we compare provisioning results before cutover.
Afterwhere you end up
Saviynt goes live with fewer roles, each one owned. SoD conflicts on ERP access are caught when someone requests it, and the old tool goes off once the comparison matches.

AI agents spread across four platforms with no owner list
composite · not a client story
Beforethe situation
Agents run in Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, ServiceNow and Salesforce Agentforce. Every team keeps its own list, several agents act through service accounts, and audit is asking who answers for each one.
What we dothe work
We point Saviynt Identity Security for AI at those platforms for discovery, and any agent it finds has to have an owner. Agents move through lifecycle states from registration to decommissioning. We put the high-risk ones behind the Agent Access Gateway first.
Afterwhere you end up
There is one list of agents with owners and states. Agents without an owner get flagged, and audit has a record of who approved each one.
We don't start a step until the last one has produced something you can check.
step 01
Health check or inventory
Already on Saviynt, we review the connector jobs, rules and campaign results in your tenant. Coming from another IGA tool, we inventory its rules, roles and campaigns and decide what's worth rebuilding.
step 02
Onboarding in waves
We group applications by audit scope and by connector type (REST, database or SaaS). That way each wave reuses a pattern we've already tested.
step 03
Separation-of-duties rules
SoD rules for SAP or other ERP access are agreed with finance, then checked at the point someone requests access. Some conflicts you'll accept, and for those the mitigating control gets written down.
step 04
Parallel run and cut-over
Provisioning and certifications run in Saviynt beside the old tool for a cycle. We compare results, fix the differences, then switch the old tool off.
step 05
AI agent registration
Any agent we find in Bedrock, Copilot Studio or Agentforce is registered in Saviynt Identity Security for AI with an owner. Then it goes into your review campaigns.
ai on saviynt
Where AI fits on Saviynt, and where it needs guardrails.
Saviynt released Identity Security for AI in March 2026. It discovers AI agents and requires an owner for each one. Separately, the Saviynt MCP Server has been on AWS Marketplace since July 2025, and authorized agents use it to query Identity Cloud and start governance tasks. Most of the effort goes into agreeing who owns each agent and what lifecycle states it moves through. Then comes which tasks it may trigger.

Saviyntdoes the work
Saviynt offers an official MCP Server on AWS Marketplace. Each agent that connects should have its own service identity in Identity Cloud. Restrict it to the read and request actions it needs, and log every call. Grants and revocations should go to a human approver.
Identity Security for AI
Discovery covers agents in Amazon Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, ServiceNow and Agentforce. An owner is required, and each agent is tracked from the day it's registered until it's decommissioned. Our part is connecting the platforms you use, assigning owners and putting agents into review campaigns.
Agent Access Gateway
Saviynt's gateway checks agent-to-application and agent-to-agent calls at runtime. We start with agents that touch finance or customer data and write policies for those. Coverage widens later.
Saviynt MCP Server
Saviynt says the server lets authorized agents and users query identity data and trigger access requests, reviews, certifications and revocations. We cut that down for each agent to the actions it should start. Revocations and grants keep a human approver.
AI help with migrations and SoD rules
When moving off an older IGA tool, you can have an AI assistant draft role and rule mappings from the exported definitions. Our engineers check each mapping and each SoD rule against a parallel run before cut-over.
Saviynt Identity Cloud sits in the middle. HR events, directory accounts and discovered AI agents come in. ERP access goes out only after an SoD check, other applications get provisioned, and campaigns keep every grant under review.

talent and delivery · saviynt
Certified engineers, wherever you need them.
Some clients want a project team, some want a couple of engineers on theirs. Either works. Onsite, nearshore or offshore, with handovers across time zones that keep things moving.
Put these to anyone bidding on your Saviynt work. The ones who've done it answer differently from the ones who've read about it.
Q1
How will you decide which applications to onboard first?
Onboarding by audit scope and risk shows value early. Starting with whatever has the easiest connector fills a dashboard but leaves the audit findings open.
Q2
What will you do with the roles nobody uses in our current IGA tool?
Migrating every role recreates the clutter on a new platform. Usage data and owner sign-off should decide what gets rebuilt.
Q3
Before cutover, how will you show that Saviynt provisions exactly what the old tool did?
A parallel run with result comparison catches attribute and rule differences while both systems still exist. After cutover, those differences become access incidents.
Q4
Where will SoD checks run: at request time, in campaigns, or both?
Checks in campaigns find conflicts after the fact. Checks at request time stop them, but you need a ruleset and mitigation process that business owners will accept.
Q5
Which agent platforms can Saviynt discover today, and what covers the rest?
Saviynt lists Bedrock, Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, ServiceNow and Agentforce. Agents built anywhere else need a different discovery method, or they'll be missing from the inventory without anyone noticing.
01How long does a Saviynt implementation take?
It depends on how many applications are in scope and how clean your HR data is. We measure both in a short discovery, then give a phased plan with the first applications live well before the long tail.
02Should we choose Saviynt or SailPoint?
Both are capable SaaS governance platforms, so the choice comes down to your estate. Usually that's your ERP footprint, the connectors you need, how your team likes to build customizations, and commercial terms. We work on both and will say plainly where each fits.
03Can Saviynt govern AI agents?
Yes, with Identity Security for AI, which Saviynt released on 24 March 2026. It discovers agents on the major AI platforms and requires an owner for each, then tracks the lifecycle and checks actions through an Agent Access Gateway. Our part is helping you choose which agents come in first.
04Do you also handle privileged access?
Yes. We hook Saviynt up to PAM tools like CyberArk, so privileged access is requested and certified through governance like everything else. If you need a PAM project on its own, we run those as a separate practice.
05Can Saviynt govern SAP and other ERP access?
Yes, through ERP connectors and separation-of-duties rulesets. Most of the work is agreeing the ruleset and mitigating controls with finance, then testing request-time checks on real role combinations before go-live.
