At a glance

Engineers do the work

The people who scope an engagement are the people who configure the connectors, write the rules and run the cutover. There is no hand-off from a sales team to a delivery team you have not met.

One team across the estate

Projects rarely stay in one lane. Move to the cloud and you end up reworking identity. Upgrade the ERP and somebody has to re-map the data. Keep the practices in one firm and there's one plan, with one person on the hook for it.

We publish what changed

When SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft or Salesforce ship a release that changes upgrade paths or support dates, we update the platform pages it affects, with sources and a last-verified date.

Code + hash.

The name is short for code hash, the checksum that tells you a file hasn't been changed.

We try to work the same way. Facts on this site link to where they came from, each page says when we last checked it, and at the end of a job you get documents your team can check against what we built. Founded in 2016, headquartered in Frisco, Texas.

our story

A decade of commits

From one identity practice in Frisco to eight practices on four continents.

  1. 2016

    Founded in Frisco

We started as a specialist identity-security practice, working for financial services firms in Texas. Everything else came later.

  2. 2019

    More of the stack

Expanded into cloud engineering, data and enterprise platforms as clients asked us to own more of their estate.

  3. 2022

    Following the sun

We opened offices in Warsaw, India and Sydney. That put delivery and operations across four time zones, and work started getting handed forward.

  4. Today

    Eight practices

We're at eight practices and 58 platforms now. The engineers are certified, and they work onsite, nearshore and offshore.

values

What we hold ourselves to

  1. New ideas, tested first

Each engagement gets the newer tools and approaches we've been working with. We try them on a copy of production first. Only then do they go near the real one.

  2. Built with your team

Our engineers work next to yours. How your business actually runs decides the shape of the work, and a template doesn't.

  1. Security from the first commit

Access and secrets handling go into the design on day one, along with compliance. Nobody leaves them for a review in the final week.

  2. Local teams, global hours

Raise a problem late in your afternoon and, with people on four continents, someone's often working on it before you're back the next morning.

What we do

Our job is building, upgrading, migrating and running enterprise platforms. The work falls into eight practices:

  • Cybersecurity. We handle identity and access, privileged access and customer identity. Service accounts and AI agent identity sit here too, along with detection and OT security.
  • Cloud engineering. Data center exits and VMware moves. Then the landing zones, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code that come after.
  • Enterprise platforms. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Guidewire, Epic, and the rest of what a business runs on.
  • Data and analytics. Moving warehouses and lakehouses, building pipelines, and governing who sees what on Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric.
  • AI and machine learning. Forward deployed engineers, agents and MCP servers, plus evaluation and AI security.
  • Application services. Web and mobile apps and APIs. Mainframe modernization too, done in slices.
  • Internet of Things. Device identity, edge gateways and plant data.
  • Mobilize talent. Certified engineers for hard-to-find platforms. You can take a whole team or add them to yours.

Most projects touch more than one of these. Take a new starter in Workday. They should get the right Salesforce profile and Snowflake role on day one, and lose all three on their last day. An AI assistant is only as safe as the access behind it. That’s the reason we keep the practices together.

How we work

Our engagements are staffed with senior engineers. The person who reads your current configuration is the same person who writes the upgrade plan and runs the rehearsal. We’d rather start with something short and scoped, like a health check or an upgrade readiness review. You get to see how we work before you sign up for anything bigger.

We also write in public. After a piece of work, our engineers write a short field note: what broke, what we changed and what we’d do again. Each note explains its terms as it goes and ends with three questions, so a reader can check what stuck.

Who we are

Cohash started in Frisco, Texas, in 2016 as a specialist identity-security practice working for financial services firms. In 2019 we added cloud engineering, data and enterprise platforms, because clients asked us to take on more of their estate. In 2022 we opened offices in Warsaw, India and Sydney, which lets work be handed forward across time zones.

Today we run eight practices across 58 platforms, with certified engineers working onsite, nearshore and offshore.

Who we work with

Our work is concentrated in energy, healthcare payers, banking and financial services, insurance, the public sector and manufacturing. We don’t name clients without their written permission, so the case studies on this site are told without client names.

Where we are

Our headquarters is 7460 Warren Pkwy, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034. We’ve also got offices in Warsaw, Hyderabad, Pune and Sydney. Some engagements are onsite. Some run nearshore or offshore, whatever your time zone. We agree the mix with you up front.

01Where is Cohash based?

We're headquartered in Frisco, Texas, with offices in Warsaw, Hyderabad, Pune and Sydney. Our engineers work onsite with clients across the US, and from the other offices across time zones.

02What kinds of work does Cohash take on?

We build platforms, upgrade them, migrate them, and keep them running once the project's over. That's across identity and security, cloud, data and analytics, AI and ML, IoT, and enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and TriZetto Facets. If you just need an engineer, our talent practice places them.
